Personal Statement

How do I even start the essay that will make me stand out from thousands of other applicants hoping to get the acceptance letter from a medical school? Have I done enough in the past 3 years to be even considered for such an honor? Why do I even want to go to medical school? I guess I’ve always known that I want to go...but why? 

This is going to be the toughest essay I will ever have to write in my life and it has to be done within the next month or so. No big deal. Right?

I could always make up some bullshit excuse about how I suffered great medical trauma and doctors saved my life. So fucking cliche.

I want to be original. Every essay I have read goes something like this:

-From an early age I have been fascinated with the human body....

-I have always had an interest in science...

-My fascination with the human body...

Dude, no one is really fascinated with this shit in elementary school. Jesus, it's all such crap. I'm sure you're so intrigued by the human body...especially your penis and jacking it off.

I really think I am going to take a different approach to this personal statement. It might pay off...
